Jim Clegg, James Land Company
Jim has lived in the Hortonville area his entire life. He's very prevalent in the community, volunteering at the Commercial Club of Hortonville for 35 years. The club maintains a 12.5 acre park in Hortonville that's rented out to the local high school, sports departments, and non-profits.
Land History
Wildwind has been part of the Clegg family for 80 years. The area was previously farmland. Jim developed Phase I in 2018 and started Phase II in 2020. Phase II features larger wooded lots with scenic country views and plenty of wildlife. You can have whitetail deer, turkey, pheasants and eagles right in your own backyard!
